Dar Mim is a courtyard house with natural and simple beauty, located in Hammamet, designed by Parisian architectural collective Septembre.

This is a renovation and extension project with a desire to preserve the unique elements of the existing house such as the entrance court, the central patio and the vaults. This was in order to maintain the alternating solids and voids that is distinctive for the patio house typology. The extension part aligns in height with the adjacent buildings, and it reveals the presence of the house that previously was invisible from the street.
